Event Details

Premier Integrative Health welcomes you to join us for an outdoor yoga flow at Loose Park. This free class is for yogis of ALL stages! Tricia, our amazing health coach, and yoga instructor will be leading this energizing flow followed by a relaxing meditation.

Grab your yoga mats, water bottles, and wear comfortable clothing. We’d love for you to join us for some joyful movement in the sunshine!

Event Location: We will meet at the Rose Garden at 6:00 pm before walking to a nearby shady green space.

As always, any PIH member who attends this event will receive a $15 supplement credit!
