  • Position Overview

    Premier Integrative Health is a fast-growing, patient-centered functional medicine practice committed to transforming lives through personalized care, innovative programs, and a deeply supportive team culture.

    As we expand our programs and patient reach, we are strengthening our operational foundation and the Front Office Coordinator plays a critical role in that growth.

    This position is more than answering phones or managing schedules. It is the anchor of the patient experience. The Front Office Coordinator sets the tone for every visit, ensures seamless daily operations, and supports the clinical team through precision, organization, and reliability.

    This is a full-time, in-office role requiring dependable physical presence and daily coverage during business hours. As our practice grows, so do our standards and we are committed to building a team that embraces excellence, responsibility, and continuous improvement.

    Core Responsibilities

    Patient Experience & Front Desk Leadership

    • Welcome patients warmly and professionally

    • Serve as the first and last point of contact for every visit

    • Maintain consistent physical coverage of the front desk during business hours

    • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally

    • Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently

    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient interactions

    • Administer IM injections and ozone therapy and facilitate PEMF therapy sessions

    This role directly influences the emotional tone and flow of the clinic.

    Operational Excellence

    • Operates daily within Cerbo (EMR), Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, ETC.

    • Maintain provider schedules with precision

    • Support communication between clinical and administrative teams

    • Document actions, follow-ups, and operational needs

    • Ensure timely task completion

    Accuracy and organization are essential.

    Inventory & Vendor Coordination

    • Maintain supplement inventory and reorder proactively while staying within budget

    • Coordinate with supplement companies and vendors

    • Receive and distribute deliveries and mail

    • Manage office supplies and stock levels

    • Support packaging and logistics for group programs

    Office Environment & Flow

    • Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of the clinic

    • Support smooth daily patient flow

    • Handle in-office disruptions calmly and effectively

    • Assist in maintaining a welcoming, organized environment

    Program & Event Support

    • Assist with logistics for group programs (PMR, PHC)

    • Support scheduling and preparation of materials

    • Help coordinate in-office events as needed

    Performance Expectations

    This position requires:

    • On-time daily arrival

    • Consistent physical presence during business hours

    • Professional and consistent communication

    • Accurate scheduling and documentation

    • Inventory accuracy and proactive management

    • Same-day task completion whenever possible

    This role requires reliability. Tardiness or inconsistent attendance directly impacts patient experience and team stability.
